These Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship
myiodd, brand owned by the company IODD SA, whose head office is in Geneva, registered in the Trade Register under IDE number: CHE-315.647.726, hereinafter referred to as the brand and whose website is http://www.myiodd.ch
Any legal or natural person visiting the Site or making a request on the Site for themselves or for a third party hereinafter referred to as "the customer".
1. Anyone contacting myiodd in a private or professional capacity on the Site declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contact them.
2.1 The information on the Site does not constitute an offer in the legal sense of the term, so only confirmation of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions at the time of validation of the purchase constitutes such an offer.
2.2 Any Internet user can read the Terms and Conditions on the Site. Therefore, any request for information or sending a contact form entails full and complete acceptance without exception or reservation to the conditions set out in this contract. These are also communicated in each contact form, the validation of the contract being later subject to their acceptance. 3.2 The customer is authorized to access and use the Site for personal purposes only and may under no circumstances, except with the express written consent of myiodd and under penalty of prosecution, use it and all of its content for commercial purposes or for any other activity likely to be damaging to the brand.
3.3 All the clauses appearing in these Terms and Conditions, as well as in all the purchase and sale transactions referred to therein, are subject to Swiss law.
3.4 Whatever the nature of the personal data concerning the customer of which the brand may become aware, it undertakes to do everything possible to treat them with the strictest confidentiality, to ensure their protection and to do so rigorously only to fulfill customer requests or improve the services likely to be offered on the Site.
The customer may however exercise their right to access, update, correct or delete their contact details by writing an email to the address email@example.com
3.5 The design, form, title and all content of the Site are the strict property of myiodd, with the exception of content that has been the subject of specific agreements with the brand's partners.
Unless otherwise provided in an Offer or contract, myiodd will only process personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide the service in accordance with the provisions of the Offer or contract.
myiodd may use resources from other sites, as well as those of third parties, for the provision of services with Customer's acceptance. The transfer of personal data necessary for the provision of the service will then be possible in this unique case.
The Client accepts that myiodd and their possible subcontractors may process the professional contact details of the Client and those of its employees and subcontractors in order to continue the professional relations between the parties, to invite the client to events or to send professional information by email or post; in accordance with the laws applicable to the protection of personal data. The Customer ensures that they have given the necessary consent for the aforementioned purposes and myiodd will comply with their requests to access, update, correct or delete their contact details.
